Game Of Thrones Season 6: All 10 Episode Ranked From Worst To Best

8. No-One

FINALLY, a reason to care about Arya again. After what felt like years of her flirting with the idea of becoming a Faceless Man in order to get her revenge, despite the obvious issue of not being able to get personal revenge as a Faceless man, the whole boring Jaqen H'ghar plot was jettisoned in welcome fashion.

High-points of the episode include Jaime's venomous sparring with Edmure Tully, Blackfish being a stubborn idiot and Jaime then revealing his true colours by waving Brienne off as she and Pod escaped. Arya's parkour chase with the detestable Waif also ranks highly, even if her surviving several massive injuries was improbable at best.

The slight problem with No-One - aside from its glorious end - was that it felt very much like a precursor to the main event, an artificially handicapped calm before the storm. Still, it was better than the majority of seasons 4 and 5.

Best Moment: The Brotherhood Without Banners reappear, teasing (but also probably ending) the possibility of Lady Stoneheart ever appearing.
