6. It's Been Way Too Long

In the books, Catelyn's revival comes too far after her death for her to stay as perfectly preserved as Jon Snow. She can't talk - on account of the gaping maw in her throat, she seems removed from reality and her general demeanour is very Zombie Chic.

And in linear terms, that was ages ago. She was dead for a mere three days and all of that happened: and the idea that she could now somehow be revived in a far worse state is unthinkable. She'd be basically useless.

As for the idea that she might already be revived and wandering around, there have been precisely no hints at her vengeful plans so far. Had she been operating under the radar, we would undoubtedly have seen some victims (she's rather singularly committed to her kill list after all). It just seems unlikely she's spent the meantime sitting around doing nothing.
