2. Daenerys

I'm calling it now, this is Daenerys' breakout year. I've already predicted a host of different storylines, and I feel they all tie up with the potential Dany arc, so here goes... Daenerys has been swooped away by Drogon into the path of the Dothraki who will take her back to square one, where it all began, but over time, there will be a mutual understanding that they are her people and she belongs with them. The Khaleesi will be restored to some kind of authority, maybe with some gentle encouragement from Drogon. Tommen's death will result in Westeros realising that Daenerys is the legitimate heir to the Iron Throne, and upon hearing the news, she will rally her horde and FINALLY begin the march to the West. She won't get there in Season 6, but her journey towards the end-game will be underway. Knowing that Lords and Ladies in Westeros have backed her cause will mean that she can leave the likes of Grey Worm and Missandei in charge of Meereen for a more permanent reign. Jorah will survive long enough to find Daenerys again, but the greyscale will ultimately finish him off, with Daario vowing to protect her from then on. With the Dothraki and Unsullied armies, Daenerys would have enormous military power, and if she summons Tyrion to her cause from Meereen, she has one of the finest political negotiators in the realm. Things are about to explode for Daenerys. Watch this space.
