Likelihood: A Very Good Chance The last we saw of Sansa she was in mid-air shooting down to earth and freedom from the Boltons at Winterfell. It didn't seem like a particularly perilous moment at the time, but once fans had watched the episode, concern grew for the well-being of the eldest surviving Stark child. Could she really have met her demise? Sansa could be hugely important to the storyline, but for that reason, she's also a major target for the Boltons. If they do scoop her up in the Season 6 Premiere, there's no saying whether they'd be merciful or whether they'd simply hunt her down and carry on their stranglehold of the North without her. There are also suggestions that the 'Stoneheart' book moment could eventually find its way into the show in the form of Sansa. The odds are slim, but you never know.
