Game Of Thrones Season 7: 12 Most Anticipated Moments
9. Euron Goes Full Mad Pirate

Euron Greyjoy was heralded as the kraken, but proved to be more of a damp squib when he arrived in Season 6. After an admittedly great introduction the character largely petered out, mostly down to not really being a prominent feature in things.
With Ramsay Bolton gone, there is a villainous void to be filled this year, and Euron looks set to step up in a big way. Pilou Asbæk, who plays Euron, has said that this year he'll be making Ramsay look like a child in comparison, which is very good news indeed.
The Crow's Eye should be one of the most dangerous and deranged characters in the show, and witnessing him go full mad, murderous pirate will be a hell of a sight to behold. The setting for this is suitably epic too, as it appears we're getting a major battle at sea between the warring Greyjoy relatives.
It looks like one hell of a fight, and something different to most battle sequences in the show, given it'll take place on the water. Ships go up in flame, characters are flung into the water, Theon and Yara's lives are at risk, and there, right in the thick of the action, is Euron Greyjoy: killing, rampaging, and loving every second with a twisted delight. In short, it's going to be everything we want from the show's newest villain.
