8. The Entire Dothraki and Unsullied Fall In Battle (Early)

We could be about to see the end of Dany's huge army on the fields in front of Winterfell. All we've seen of Grey Worm this season has amounted to him promising Missandei a future together "away from all of this" (the racism, mostly) and he looks very much like a Dead Meat Walking sort of character, sadly.

In all likelihood, we're going to see both the Unsullied and the Dothraki decimated by the Night King's army, which is pretty much the only possible outcome of making them a distraction while Bran baits the Night King. It's not like they can emerge triumphant and then regroup to fight Cersei's army.

More likely is that they ride into battle valiantly, are slain in huge numbers and then rise to join the Dead Army. There was even some evidence of the last bit (as you'd expect) from when the season was filmed.

There's no way the army survives when the whole point of this story is for there to be an intimate pay-off at the end. It's about smaller stories and the large, faceless forces (which includes the Golden Company) are no more than cannon fodder to be used in the interest of broader drama. They're doomed.
