2. Jon Snow's Death
Jon Snow's arc is heading in only one direction: towards the betraying sting of cold steel and salty regretful tears.
Having gone to Hardhome to rally the Wildlings, Snow is facing an almighty mutiny when he returns to the Wall, with precious few friends left and Alliser Thorne desperate to be Lord Commander.
He's been seen to be a traitor and an oath breaker, and the Watch can't abide that sort of dishonour. And by the look of his increasingly furrowed face, Eddison Tollett is probably going to be the one to bloody his blade.
The Evidence:
The minute Snow turned his back on the Night's Watch majority and decided to treat the Wildlings as people and potential allies, the new Lord Commander was doomed. Even his best mates have turned against him, and Sam Tarly isn't exactly going to be able to protect him.
Will he remain dead? Of course he won't - he probably won't even make it to the pearly gates - but it'll still be hard to see him stabbed to bits.
