Game Of Thrones: Season 4 Death Watch (The Lion And The Rose)

9. Villain Of The Week

There were too many to choose from. Ramsay Snow hunting the poor woman and feeding her to his pack of dogs while she was still alive was horrific to watch and yet completely what we have come to expect from this monster. Perhaps fanatical Queen Selyse Baratheon burning her brother alive and threatening to beat her own daughter with the rod for being sinful? Or Joffrey for generally being a complete arse at his wedding? The greatest villain of them all this week was most certainly Cersei, who held court, destroying everyone in her path. Watching gleefully as Joffrey humiliated Tyrion. Undoing Margaery's noble decree that all leftovers be fed to the poor by demanding that they be given to the kennels instead. Latching on to Brienne's love for Jaime and humiliating her and finally ordering Tyrion's arrest for her son's murder. This is a woman who is completely merciless and unhinged and far more dangerous than any of the more obvious monsters on the show.
