Game Of Thrones: Season 4 Death Watch (The Lion And The Rose)
8. Most Shocking Moment Of The Week
Making last week's arm on a spit seem very tame, Ramsay goes hunting and Bran's prophetic dream (the shadow of the dragon over Kings Landing) were two dramatic sequences. But really, the most shocking moment was not one scene but the final fifteen minutes of 'The Lion And The Rose'. From the moment the five dwarfs rode in, rein-acting the War Of The Five Kings to Joffrey making Tyrion his cup bearer, the lead up to Joffrey's death was as uncomfortable to watch as it was to read in A Storm Of Swords. As to what was the most shocking, it's a toss up between the king's violent last breaths or the sheer humiliation of his uncle before his family and guests; perhaps it's both. One thing is certain, things are going to get far worse for poor Tyrion Lannister.
7. New Credit Locale Of The Week
After the Dreadfort and Mereen in the 'Two Swords' opening, we had nothing new this week. But considering the big events of the episode, we didn't need to be anywhere except King Landing.
