8. ...BUT JAIME'S THERE WHAT?!

Despite the tease that Sansa and Jon Snow's loyalists were on their way to Riverrun (eventually anyway), it's actually Jaime Lannister who gets there first.

Clearly, Jaime is there on behalf of the Freys after Blackfish had the audacity to steal back his own family home from them. Is it just me or does he not look exactly thrilled to be there? He might be a great warrior, but Jaime knows the battle he faces with Blackfish and the Tully forces, and this exchange seems to be his attempt to get Blackfish to pledge allegiance to the crown.

Even more clearly, he gets short shrift from the Tully house head, who venomously suggests that as long as he is alive, the war rages. Jaime doesn't seem happy with that either...

But the Lannister army has come ready for a fight, and Jaime's not one to turn his back on a fight, which either means we're going to see the Tully army defeated just in time for the Stark party to get there and witness yet another family member be killed, or the end of the season will see Jaime sent off packing with his tail between his legs.

Personally, I cannot see anything but the first outcome.
