Gotham Cast: Where Are They Now?
12. Morena Baccarin
Marking the live-action debut of the character, Morena Baccarin portrayed Lee Thompkins throughout the entirety of Gotham's five-season run. Since the show ended, Morena has certainly secured the best succession of high profile roles compared to her cast mates, and deservedly so.
The actress excels in every role she takes on. You may have seen Morena in the well-received disaster thriller Greenland. Baccarin starred opposite Gerard Butler and the film was such a success that a sequel, Greenland: Migration, is in the works. In terms of TV, Morena also stars in Viaplay's comedy sci-fi Home Invasion which just debuted its fun-filled first season.
Other projects in the works include the crime mystery Waldo (originally titled Last Looks) in which Morena will appear opposite Charlie Hunnam and Mel Gibson, and drama The Good House with Sigourney Weaver. Baccarin is also well known for portraying Vanessa Carlysle in the Deadpool franchise, and the good news is that filming on Deadpool 3 is finally set to commence this year.
