8. Mr Freeze
Despite the dodgy name pronunciation, Gotham's writers can pride themselves on creating one of the better adaptations of Mr Freeze. However, when your competitors are the likes of Arnold Schwarzenegger, it's not the hardest thing to achieve.
Fries is unlikely to play a hugely significant role in the season, and will instead be more of a hired gun as he has been in previous seasons. Who he works for is up in the air, with contenders like Penguin and Jeremiah being the most likely.
Regardless of who he works for, his involvement should be minimal enough that he can make it out of the show alive. While there's an off chance one of these jobs could be his last, his death wouldn't feel as important as it should be and so the writers likely wouldn't risk it.
