His Dark Materials: Where You Recognise The Cast From

16. Geoff Bell - Jack Verhoeven

His Dark Materials
Vertigo

Geoff Bell is probably a bit less recognisable than Omid Djalili, but he has a similar career featuring appearances in many British cult projects. The pair were even in Mean Machine together.

His unmistakably cockney accent has seen him feature in many London centric projects. Kingsman: The Secret Service, RocknRolla and Green Street could all be that place you know Geoff Bell from.

Comedy assassin movie (yes, such a genre exists) Wild Target might be the flick instead, or maybe the Tim Roth show Tin Star, or The End Of The F***ing World. There’s also Star Wars: Rogue One, Sky One’s Treasure Island, Ripper Street, Whitechapel, DCI Banks, King Arthur and Suffragette. Surely one of those roles are ringing a bell by now?

As usual with gritty British actors who broke into TV in the ‘90s, he had a recurring role in The Bill as well. You’ll have done well to have never seen him in anything, to be honest.
