After all the things he had to go through, Lucas finally finds someone who will listen to his story. Unfortunately for him, his story just seems insane. While Dunbar is initially intrigued by the notion of getting some very substantial dirt on Frank, the whole thing sounds like a conspiracy theory from a mentally unstable man. The frustration Lucas feels is pretty heartbreaking. He knows how evil of a man Frank Underwood is but every time he tries to expose the truth, he hits another wall. After this latest setback, Lucas is broken and left with few options of how he can stop Frank.
