How To Get Away With Murder: How They Got Away With The Murders

11. Xavier Castillo

The final series of How To Get Away With Murder does not go well for most of the Castillo family. Laurel’s brother Xavier essentially serves as a henchman to his father, and is integral in the murder of Nathaniel Lahey Sr., largely as an act of revenge against Annalise who had assisted with Nathaniel’s release from prison, as well as being instrumental in the jailing of father Jorge.

Having already (incorrectly) been involved one murder as an act of revenge for his father’s death, Nate finally gets his man and is much more calculated in his approach than during the mistaken identity case of Ronald Miller, issuing a particularly gruesome snapped neck. This is following a lengthy torture session at the hands of Frank.

Nate proves to be highly competent in covering his tracks at this stage, carefully managing events to convince the remaining members of the Castillo family that Governor Birkhead was responsible.
