Invincible: Every Main Character Ranked Worst To Best
1. Nolan Grayson/Omni-Man
Twist villains are not uncommon, especially in the world of superheroes. There have been plenty of characters who lure you into a false sense of security before pulling the rug out from under you, but Omni-Man certainly yanked it the hardest. His dramatic turn to the dark side in the first episode was a huge shock, and the series left you dangling on his motive for such a long time. But, when it finally came time to reveal it, you got one hell of a pay-off.
There are plenty of points that prove why he deserves the top billing on this list, and they all centre around how much he made you feel. Omni-man wasn't just a terrifying enemy; he was also a charming family man and could make you laugh at times. The sudden twist in his attitude towards humanity didn't take away from Nolan's personality outside of his villainy.
However, the evil side of him was haunting, as his cavalier attitude towards human life had a degree of coldness that made his executions feel like a child squashing bugs. One of the most infamous of these moments being the now-iconic train scene.
Nolan Grayson is not the kind of character you'd want your heroes to be fighting, and that's precisely what makes him the best part of the show.
