4. The Gang Solves The Bathroom Problem
Keeping the Gang in Paddy's Pub is a great way to bounce these strong characters off of one another, with the five leads' brilliant chemistry on full display. One need only revisit Chardee MacDennis to see how effective this approach can be, and The Gang Solves The Bathroom Problem follows suit in hilarious fashion.
Seeing their different opinions and suggestions clash is great television, and the satire on politically correct bathroom signs is concluded with a suitably Sunny spin. All the while, the Gang are dressed in incredibly flamboyant Hawaiian shirts and confusing Escape (The Piña Colada Song) as a Jimmy Buffet song. Just watching these characters hang out is hilarious.
With each member of the Gang chiming in and challenging each other, toilet-based cross-dressing, and some attempts to re-label the toilets, this episode is Sunny back to its best even in its 13th year.
