Money Heist: Ranking All The Main Characters From Worst To Best
5. Nairobi
Money Heist has a lot of memorable moments, but perhaps one of the show's most enduring images came in the first season when Nairobi took control of the Royal Mint heist, announcing the beginning of 'the Matriarchy'.
It was one of the character's most defining actions, and while she wasn't actually in charge for very long, Nairobi's enthusiastic presence and friendly nature helped to keep the group together during some of their toughest times, serving as something of a spiritual mother for many members of the team.
As we learn more of her backstory, the picture of a scarred but valiant woman is revealed, and her friendship with Tokyo is one of the best inter-character connections in the whole show. Tragically, she was unable to survive the second big heist, but the memory of her Matriarchy lives on.
