Moon Knight: Every Main Character Ranked From Worst To Best

8. The Ennead

Delving into the world of the Egyptian gods brought to the MCU the franchise’s newest team. Steven described them as a super group, as nine different gods came together to make up the Ennead. Though they were thought to be ancient, Marc and Steven were soon thrust into the middle of things.

Though historically nine in number, there were only five that showed themselves through their avatars when Khonshu asked them for judgement of Arthur Harrow. Hathor, Horus, Isis, Tefnut, and Osiris heard the accusation of Harrow trying to resurrect Ammit, but they wouldn’t listen.

They encased Khonshu in stone for trying to reach the tomb before Harrow, and when the reptile Goddess was actually resurrected, they were shocked and not powerful enough between them to stop her. In a word, they were useless.

Though Hathor’s avatar pointed Marc in the direction of the sarcophagus that would help find Ammit, and Osiris opened the gate for Marc and Steven to return from the Duat, they didn’t really have a huge amount of impact on the series overall.
