Ms. Marvel: 10 Things You Need To Know About The Disney+ TV Series

3. "The Inventor" Is Likely To Be The Show's Lead Villain

Every great superhero needs an equally great villain, and despite only having been around since 2012, Ms. Marvel has already accumulated quite a few foes. Among them is The Inventor, a unique bad guy who clashed with Kamala Khan during her early adventures.

As you can see above, he is basically a "birdman" and, believe it or not, he's supposed to be a clone of Thomas Edison who ended up being a giant bird when the scientist accidentally mixed up some DNA samples.

It's hard to believe Marvel Studios won't make some changes to that origin story, but it ultimately depends how weird things get here. All that's known right now is that the hunt is still on for an actor, and you have to believe an A-Lister will be sought after due to the fact an unknown is playing Kamala and, with all due respect to Iman Vellani, the series needs some star power.

She'll no doubt win over fans as time goes on, becoming a star in the process, but a big name is bound to be necessary for casual viewers.
