6. Will Otis And Jean Continue To Clash?
Otis has had a peculiar upbringing due to his mother being a sex therapist. Jean’s occupation means she has been incredibly perceptive to Otis and is always trying to interfere. She always asks him what he deems to be inappropriate questions, and this has created some conflict within their relationship.
Things got worse in the last few episodes when Otis realised that the new book Jean has been working on actually details his sexual problems. This is a complete violation and causes a huge argument between them.
In Season 2, we will find out if Jean will publish the book despite Otis’ objection, or if she will listen to what Otis wants for a change. It’s likely that they’ll still continue to clash at times, but hopefully they’ll reach a better understanding of one another and strengthen their relationship.
