4. Schmidt Moves Out

Sitcoms love an iconic apartment, and sitcoms love moving people in and out of said apartment. The day is fast-approaching when Schmidt's time in the loft is up and he'll need to move out with Cece. That will be exciting for them as characters and would open up some great opportunities for the show. For starters, we get to see a whole new living space and it would free a room up in the loft for another character to be introduced to the show. The current crop of stars aren't stale, but it's always nice to throw some fresh comedic dynamite into the mix. To her credit, Megan Fox has been a tremendous addition while Deschanel left to have her baby.
