4. Ballard Will Be Back
This one has been all but confirmed given Scott Foley's promotion to 'Scandal' series regular we will be seeing Jake Ballard once more despite his fate in the second season finale which saw him plunged into the dark isolation pit where Huck lost his mind and his family. It's very unlikely that Ballard will emerge from there the same kind of man who led an on/off romance with Liv, and it seems pretty likely that when Olivia runs into him again, the former friend of the President and a key member of the spy unit will be all the worse for it. Can he find his way back to the light? Who knows, but a redemption arc sure would be nice for this unlikely antihero.
