And so we reach number one, and the Simpsons character who I believe is most likely to pass away in Season 26: Jacqueline Bouvier (aka Marge's mum). What puts this character's chances above the rest of the character's on this list? Well, both she and Grampa both have strong ties to the main cast of the show, however Jacqueline gets far less screen time so that would make her "easier" to kill off and move on from. But, despite the fact that she rarely gets a significant role in the show, her death would still impact the family hugely, with Marge losing her mother, and Bart and Lisa losing their Grandma. Her death would have the emotional payout of Grampa Simpson's death, but with much fewer consequences. And so, I guess what I'm trying to say in the nicest way possible - Jacqueline Bouvier would be the most convenient character to kill off in Season 26.
