The Simpsons: 10 Secondary Characters Voiced By Harry Shearer

3. Otto Mann

First Appearance: "Homer's Odyssey," Season 1. Originally just the school bus driver, it was Shearer who envisioned Otto as the heavy-metal rock-star he is today. And Otto Mann lives up to that heavy-metal stereotype daily: he left his fiance at the altar because she disliked the Poison-tribute band he hired to play at the ceremony; he yelled "Zepplin rules!" as his (potential) last words when a current swept him into the ocean; and Otto spanked Bart when he cost Otto the chance to drive Metallica in the school bus. Funniest Moment: On a gorgeous spring day, Bart complained to Lisa about being confined inside. Lisa reminded him that they're going to school, not prison. Bart: "You're driving a prison bus, Otto?" Otto: "The regular school bus broke down, so take a seat before I blow your heads off!" Lisa: "Otto!" Otto: "Oh, sorry. This bus and I have sort of a Shining thing going on."
