Lisa Simpson and Meg Griffin are the two quintessential misfits from each of their respective universes, with Lisa's smarts resulting in her being perceived as a 'nerd' by her peers at Springfield Elementary and Meg being put down on an almost ceaseless basis by her own family. We'd suggest Meg has it worst, considering the distinct lack of love shown to her by parents Peter and Lois, with 'shut up Meg' almost being one of the show's biggest catchphrases. As funny as it is to watch all the Meg hate, we can't help ourselves from feeling sorry for the hat-wearing gal, and would like to see Lisa attempt to bond with her and make her feel just a little bit better about herself. Meg has been shown to have a tender and artistic side, exhibiting a passion for creative writing in season nine's 'New Kidney in Town', while Lisa is a keen sax player and poetry lover - we imagine the two have a lot in common. Take her under your wing, Lisa!
