The one question most of us are asking ahead of the Simpsons-Family Guy crossover is how Homer reacts to Peter. The above image, released over the weekend, suggests 'not very well', with the two patriarchal figures seemingly coming to blows in scenes reminiscent of Peter's recurring fist fights with Ernie the giant chicken. And we all know how they end up. On the face of things, Peter and Homer should get along like a house on fire. They're both dimwitted, enjoy lounging around, and most of all, love drinking beer. But therein could lie the problem - we're bound to encounter a 'Pawtucket is better than Duff' argument sooner or later, which could have deadly consequences. Considering The Simpsons and Family Guy have poked fun at each other so much down the year, it doesn't make sense for Homer and Peter to get along - and for entertainment's sake, we hope they don't.
