Stephen Amell may have reignited interest in the Emerald Archer on Arrow, but Justin Hartley did it first back in 2006. Given how well he played the smooth and handsome Oliver Queen, it's no surprise that he quickly landed a leading role as a hunky intern in Emily Owens M.D., followed by a stint as a dreamy plastic surgeon on ABC's Mistresses.

Though he's also been a series regular on long-running soap opera The Young and The Restless and appeared in a number of films over the past decade, he's probably best known for playing Kevin Pearson in NBC's critically-acclaimed family drama. Moreover, as well as playing that role, he has also made his directorial debut on the show.
