South Park: 12 Most Paused Moments

Imaginationland was originally going to be a feature film, before the producers decided it would be better as a three-part episode. However, it's easy to see why this could have been a movie because it's an example of Trey Parker and Matt Stone pouring out their creative side to produce some impressive world building.

After the boys are whisked away by an eccentric, Willy Wonka-esque man, they arrive in Imaginationland. Filled with colourful buildings and peculiar imagery, it's one of the most visually appealing scenes ever created within South Park.

But moreover, the Imagionationland trilogy is so captivating because of its several different inhabitants. Filled with superheroes, fairytale creatures, famous brand mascots, Disney characters and the show's own original creations, it's almost impossible not to pause at least once to truly take it all in.
