As Mrs. Garrison becomes a lesbian, she spends more time with women of the same sexuality, therefore visiting South Park's popular lesbian bar - Les Bos. Although it is supposed to be pronounced "Leh Boh", Mrs. Garrison frequently calls it "Lez Boz".

As if the disparaging term for lesbian wasn't enough, the more eagle-eyed viewers will have noticed that the bar's address - 13280 - actually resembles "L*SBO" on a calculator.
