The boys mistake this for a penis measurement chart, when it actually just shows how much they’ve grown in height. It’s no wonder Eric is particularly infuriated because his number is the smallest. But when you pause, it’s even funnier to realise how far ahead Kyle, Kenny and Stan are against Cartman for what they believe is “penis size”.

Moreover, the chart also serves as visual information for the boys names. We find out Timmy's surname is Burch and Tweek’s surname is…Tweak. And it's a reminder that the school literally has a student called DogPoo Petuski.
