South Park Elementary: Every Faculty Member Ranked Worst To Best

There's no doubt that Nurse Gollum will catch your eye when you first see her, but outside of the rather grotesque design of the character, she's not very likely to hold your attention. Unlike many other characters in the series, she seems pretty reasonable and sensible, but in the wildland of South Park, that won't do you any favours.

Nurse Gollum was first introduced in the very subtly named "Conjoined Fetus Lady", where her fictional condition of "conjoined twin myslexia" scared the children. In response, they set up an awareness week for her condition, which she found embarrassing, leading to them thinking of her as an "ungrateful bi***".

The character would appear in further episodes, albeit in small cameo parts, and can even be found celebrating in the crowd at the end of the "South ParQ Vaccination Special", with a blood mark in place of her conjoined twin.

Overall, the character is a bit of a blank slate, as she's not very interesting but has such a unique presentation that at least helps her step over Principal Victoria. Plus, her reliance on mostly cameo roles makes spotting her in episodes a little exciting.
