5. Steven Hawking - Scientist

Dr. Steven Hawking, world-renowned uber geek and theoretical physicist, just happens to be a major Trekkie. In the opening scene of Star Trek: The Next Generation episode Descent, we see Data playing poker with Sir Isaac Newton, Albert Einstein, and Steven Hawking. Dr. Hawking wins, of course. Now that I've watched the clip above, I might have to amend my statement about Steven Hawking being the only person to play himself. That really looks like Isaac Newton.
