During their reunion, Anakin gives Ashoka back her lightsabers from when she was a Jedi. By the end of the episode, she will have used those lightsabers a lot.

Old Friends, Not Forgotten probably contains more action than the entire previous story arc combined. The episode opens with Anakin, Obi-Wan, and the clones taking on the Separatist droids, and ends with two simultaneous battles: Ashoka leading the clone troopers into Mandalore, and Bo-Katan's rebellious Mandalorian troops versus the Mandalorian loyalists.

All three battles have the same cinematic feel that makes the episode stand out. Ashoka, Anakin, and Obi-Wan all have some good lightsaber moments, which this season has been sorely lacking so far. Hopefully, the rest of the Siege of Mandalore episodes have equally compelling action scenes.
