Star Wars: The Clone Wars - Every Main Character Ranked Worst To Best
1. Ahsoka Tano
And that brings up to the #1 spot, which couldn't have gone to anyone else other than Ahsoka Tano.
The padawan of Anakin Skywalker, Ahsoka starts the show out cocky and inexperienced, before steadily growing into a wise and compassionate Jedi Knight, and becoming one of the Republic's most dependable freedom fighters and military leaders.
Between he iconic duel-wielded lightsabers, her touching relationships with Anakin, Obi-Wan, Padmé and Rex, and her eventually mature outlook on the war and her place in it, Ahsoka's development is the most impressive of the show - which is saying a lot.
She's idealistic and hopeful, then betrayed and disillusioned. She fights for the Jedi Order, then leaves the Temple to find her place in the world, and is then betrayed again during the fall of the Republic.
Ahsoka is a staggering achievement in character development and storytelling, and in a franchise dominated by flawed but powerful men, she's also a remarkable breath of fresh air.
The Clone Wars is full of great characters, but Ahsoka's easily the best of them all. Bring on the spin-off already!
