Stargate SG-1: Every Season Ranked Worst To Best
4. Season 10
The final season of Stargate SG-1 was an absolute cracker. After the devastating conclusion to Camelot, the SGC were on the backfoot. Scattered, wounded and completely unprepared for the threat that was bearing down on the Milky Way galaxy, SG-1 would have to use every desperate gamble and sneaky trick to their advantage.
Despite the mounting pressure and threat of the monstrous Ori, the season still found time to have fun. The beloved 200th episode (simply titled 200) is an absolute riot of tongue-in-cheek references and in-jokes. Daniel and Vala develop a relationship after Vala is permitted to join the SGC. For the first time, SG-1 was five members. Other enemies such as Ba'al and the Lucian Alliance do their best to make trouble as well.
The final episode, Unending, was the last one filmed, and if you look closely in the final scene you can see tears in Christopher Judge's eyes as filming wrapped. Rather than hastily attempt to tie up the various plotlines (they'd let the DVD movies do that), the episode focussed entirely on the characters, reminding us why we've followed them for ten full years.
