Stranger Things Season 2 Teaser Breakdown: 10 Things You Must See

The most important thing we learned from the early information released by the Duffer Brothers about the forthcoming second season was the hint that we'd see more of what might be in the Upside Down.

As Matt Duffer told EW they “definitely want to explore a little bit more” of the Upside Down. Ross adds “We really don’t go in there much until they go in to find Will at the end. So we’ve opened up this doorway, and to us it’s exciting to talk about, like, what else is behind there?”

The key message in this teaser seems to be that the Upside Down is not waiting for the boys to go back through the tree this time, it's coming to Hawkins in a big way. And that monster from Mike's vision (or so it seems) looks very much like the kind of threat that would escalate beyond the events of the first season...
