Supergirl Season 1: 10 Big Questions From 'Bizarro'

4. No Love Life?

Poor Kara Danvers. Whilst Supergirl is flying through the skies, it appears that plain old Kara can€™t catch a break when it comes to the regular things in life€ like having a boyfriend. Despite James and Winn both being positioned as love interests, when Kara finally gets up close and personal with someone, it€™s newcomer Adam. All seems well and good for these budding lovebirds as they go on a date€ apart from the fact that Kara seems to have forgotten one of the golden rules of being a superhero. That rule, of course, is that a love life is largely a foreign concept for a hero. Much like Barry Allen recently found out in The Flash, and much like Oliver Queen has regularly battled with such a dilemma over the years in Arrow, for poor Kara, the notion of a love life seems like a long way off. But still, could we maybe somehow see the Maid of Might find herself someone at some point down the line? It€™s a tall ask, but it€™s a question that Kara Zor-El must be asking herself on a daily basis.
