Supergirl Season 4: 5 Ups & 1 Down From 'All About Eve'

The fourth season of Supergirl has taken a major turn in recent weeks due to the arrival of DC Comics icon Lex Luthor. The renowned Superman villain showed up two weeks ago, dying from cancer, and tricked his sister into creating a cure for him. However, as last week's episode revealed, this was all merely a cleverly-engineered ploy to cure the Red Daughter of her illness and, in doing so, allow Lex to release her into the world.

That's exactly what happened in this week's installment, 'All About Eve', as the Kara Danvers doppelganger went on a killing spree in Washington. To make matters worse, she did so dressed as Supergirl, framing the Girl of Steel for the attack and, as a result, turning her into Public Enemy No. 1. The episode also revolved around the D.E.O.'s attempts to track down Lex by locating his newfound ally, Eve Teschmacher.

'All About Eve' was the season's most game-changing episode yet, neatly tying all of the storylines together while raising the stakes dramatically, and it has ultimately set the stage for what appears to be an intriguing final stretch.
