As Dean goes to “reap a reaper” Sam and Jack take all their friends to a secret location where they believe Billie won’t be able to find them. As Dean is about to kill Billie with her scythe, Billie finally tells Dean that it is not her doing that people are disappearing but the work of Chuck.

As Billie chases Dean and Castiel through the bunker, they’re locked in the dungeon room as it looks like the two heroes aren’t getting out of there alive. Castiel decides to sacrifice himself, not before confessing his love for Dean causing the world to go into a frenzy that Destiel became canon before he died and went into the Empty taking Billie with him.

Meanwhile, Sam’s plan didn’t work as he watches everyone disappear right in front of him leaving only Dean, Jack, and Sam, the only three people remaining on Earth.
