Teen Wolf: 10 Best Supporting Characters
5. Jordan Parrish
When he arrived in Beacon Hills during season three, Deputy Parrish (Ryan Kelley) was nothing more than a new character added to up the stakes of that season's threats. It always seemed, as the threats mounted, that he would meet a brutal end - a new character with no background, he would have been a perfect choice if the writers wanted to kill of a minor character.
But he survived, and through seasons four and five his true importance comes to light when it's revealed he is a hellhound - a protector of the supernatural. He's strong, practically unstoppable, and is often pivotal to the defeat of the show's latest villains.
Outside of his powers, Parrish is just a really genuine guy. He takes his job very seriously, does everything by the book, and doesn't have a bad bone in his body. His relationship with Sheriff Stilinski (Linden Ashby) is a particular character highpoint, and his journey from fresh-faced deputy to invincible, flame-covered hellhound is a true blast to watch.
