The Big Bang Theory Cast: Where Are They Now?

14. Wil Wheaton - Himself

Big Bang Theory Finale
CBS

Few actors came into The Big Bang Theory already as well known as Wil Wheaton, with the former Star Trek: The Next Generation star playing himself, and often seen as an enemy by Sheldon.

As well as his time spent on Star Trek, Wheaton had also made quite the resume for himself since his acting debut all the way back in 1981. Perhaps his biggest achievement was his starring role in hit film Stand By Me, which first appeared in 1986. Adding Toy Soldiers, various episodes of Ben 10, and offering his vocal services to many of the Grand Theft Auto video games allowed Wil to make quite the impact within the acting world.

Post-TBBT, Wheaton hasn't been quite as busy as he once was, however, he's still made numerous appearances elsewhere nonetheless, most notably on The Ready Room, which was a Facebook Live aftershow surrounding Star Trek. He starred in one episode of Supergirl as a doomsday protestor, alongside an episode of Into The Dark. Wil is set to star in Max Reload and The Nether Blasters as the Arcade Heroes narrator, and has entered pre-production on upcoming reality show Gamemaster, where he will serve as the show's host.

No matter how hated he may be by Sheldon, there's no denying the levels of success Wheaton has reached throughout his career.
