12. Laura Spencer - Emily Sweeney
Like with Zack, Laura Spencer's character of Emily Sweeney was brought on to TBBT as a love interest, with her attention turning towards Raj. Playing a rather sinister dermatologist who was initially put off Raj due to his shyness, Emily's time spent on The Big Bang Theory didn't last too long, meaning we sadly didn't get to see the full potential of Sweeney's character.
Departing the series in 2017, Spencer would also finish her time spent on Bones as Jessica Warren that same year, with both shows being her biggest pieces of work in the last few years. She's kept herself busy with numerous smaller roles, including two short films - American Whoopee in 2018, and Likeness the following year.
Aside from a few appearances on Matt and Dan between 2018 and 2019, we haven't seen much else of Laura's acting, although her IMDB page states that she has a few roles coming up in the future. She plays Sam in Work/Friends, Jessica in Kevin vs. Josh, and Vicky in Thirteen Minutes. The first of those two are completed and awaiting a release, whereas Thirteen Minutes is sitting post-production at the time of writing.
