The Falcon & The Winter Soldier: 8 Characters Who Could Still Appear

At the start of the series, Bucky was working his way down a list of people whose lives he affected while operating as the Winter Soldier. He helped Attwood get into office, a power that she had been abusing ever since, so he made amends by putting a stop to it.

He has also tried to make amends to Yori for killing his son, but is seemingly struggling to follow through with it. Granted, it's naturally going to be harder to admit to a friend that he killed their son rather than simply stopping a bad person from doing more bad things.

There was one name however, that did not appear on his list, despite it being connected with one of his highest profile missions as the Winter Soldier. There was no Stark on the list, after the murder of Howard and Maria. These deaths played a big part in the break up of the Avengers, so Bucky has a lot of amending to do.

Of course, Howard and Maria's son is also gone, but Tony's daughter Morgan isn't. Bucky killed her grandparents before she ever had a chance to meet them, so if he is truly set on making amends for everything he has done, which he does appear to be, his job surely won't be finished until he has spoken with the Stark family.
