1. Who Is The Man In The Iron Mask?
Just as The Flash appears to answer one central mystery to the season, another one appears. The man in the iron mask’s identity has sparked many theories and it’s clear that he’s going to be of some importance to the plot for the remaining few episodes.
Ever since the silent prisoner was spotted in Zoom’s lair on Earth-2, viewers couldn’t stop guessing at his identity. The speculation has ranged from the real Jay Garrick, to Henry Allen to Earth-2 Wally West, and because of how little we know, it’s hard to completely discount any of those possibilities. Without knowing exactly who Zoom is, it’s hard to speculate on who he would want to hold prisoner.
The current prevailing thought is that he’s the Earth-1 version of Jay that Zoom is keeping to protect his own identity. But just as we had to wait for Zoom to unmask, it looks like it may be a while yet before the man in the iron mask is truly revealed.
