The Flash Season 2: 15 WTF Moments From 'Potential Energy'

9. What A Waste!

With Wally West set to arrive for dinner with him, Iris and Barry, Joe goes about ordering a whole load of Chinese food. Seriously, there€™s literally a whole dining table full of takeaway boxes. After Wally no-shows, Joe decides to retreat to bed and then Iris chucks all of the food in the trash. Like, all of it. Not a single box is open, not a single bite has been eaten, not a single noodle spilled. It seems like such a waste. Granted, Joe may not be feeling all that hungry having been jilted by his newly-discovered son, but surely Iris and Barry could have had a bite to eat, especially as Barry is known to eat excessive amounts of food in order to keep his body pumping and his metabolism working.
