The Flash Season 2: 23 WTF Moments From 'Welcome To Earth-2'

19. Alternative DC Faces

Wow! In an awesome turn of events, the trip from Barry, Wells and Cisco through the speed cannon threw up a look at several alternative worlds and times, complete with looks at plenty of other DC characters. Included here was Supergirl (with Barry already confirmed to appear in the Melissa Benoist-starrer next month), John Wesley Shipp€™s Flash from the €˜90s TV series, an alternative Green Arrow (Connor Hawke, anybody?), Gorilla Grodd (last seen on Earth-2), Jonah Hex (soon to appear in DC€™s Legends of Tomorrow), and even a Legion ring (hinting at The Legion of Super-Heroes). This whole sequence was a brilliant sight for DC fans, and it was something that opened up a whole host of possibilities in terms of what€™s to come for Barry Allen and the greater DC television realm.
