2. Hank Scorpio
Hank Scorpio is first shown in the 1996 episode 'You Only Move Twice', when Homer and his family leave Springfield when he receives a better job offer, at a better nuclear power plant. The Simpsons think they have hit the jackpot when Homer's new boss, Scorpio, welcomes them to their beautiful new home, and Hank appears to be the perfect person to work for. Unfortunately, he is an evil genius, and a criminal mastermind, hellbent on world domination. A further snag arises when Homer's family fail to adapt to life outside Springfield. Bart gets put in the remedial class at school while Lisa is allergic to all the area's plantlife, and the Simpsons tell Homer they want to go home. Homer breaks this news to Scorpio, who is in the middle of a battle with government forces, and is sad to see him go. When he gets home, Homer finds that Hank has gifted him the Denver Broncos as a "thank you". A newspaper headline reveals Scorpio has taken over the East Coast.
