7. Eliza Simpson
Eliza Simpson is an ancestor of the Simpson family most closely related to (superficially, anyway) Lisa, as the similarity in names would imply. Eliza appeared, like Virgil, in The Color Yellow in season twenty-one, and attempts to help him escape slavery via the underground railroad, only to fail in her initial attempt. In modern day happenings, Lisa looks back upon her as a bright spot in her family history, only to be disappointed when Milhouse's family history shows Eliza's efforts were foiled. It also shows that Eliza eventually became a Van Houten, making modern day Lisa and Milhouse distantly related.
