The Simpsons: 10 Springfield Characters You Totally Forgot Existed

When you think of villains in Springfield, your mind will likely automatically go to Mr. Burns and Sideshow Bob. The former is a typical, cold-hearted, money grabbing tyrant who has almost brought the entire town to destruction on more than one occasion, and the latter has been trying to kill the same ten year old boy for the last 30 years.

However in season one, in the very next episode after Robert Terwilliger's Simpsons debut, the show introduced another heinous villain that had no problem tying up innocent children and robbing their houses.

Lucille Botzcowski, otherwise known as the Babysitter Bandit, appeared on America's Most Armed and Dangerous as she targeted the Simpsons for her next robbery. Of course, Bart, Lisa, and Maggie were able to foil her plans, before Homer let her leave scot free. He even payed her triple time, and helped carry the things she stole from him to the car.

Though this was her only prominent role in the show, she has since turned up several times in the Springfield background. She enjoyed the snow with the rest of the town in 'Bart Gets an F', but was soon reprimanded and confined to a cell in Calmwood Mental Hospital. However the fact that she was able to get her car washed by Homer and Peter Griffin in 'The Simpsons Guy' suggests she wasn't held there very long.
